Abstract Submission

1- The person who submits the abstract should be the first author and the presenter.

2- Indicate whether you would like your poster abstract considered for an oral presentation.

3- Please indicate “trainee level” in your poster abstract.

3- Please use the NEIC Abstract Template. Please note that the the abstract body word limit is 250.

4- Save Abstract as “YourLastName_NEIC2026” and send the .docx file to New.England.Immunology@gmail.com with the Subject: NEIC 2026 Abstract

5- Register for the conference by NOVEMBER 1 to have your abstracts considered.

6- Deadline for abstract submission for consideration for a SHORT TALK is NOVEMBER 1.

7- POSTER abstract submission deadline is NOVEMBER 6.

8 - Poster judging will take place on Saturday evening, with awards presented on Sunday.

Poster Presentation Information

Poster Session will run from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM in the Swope Center, 2nd floor.

At noon on Sunday, poster awards will be presented and a group photo taken. 

POSTER FORMAT: The size limit for posters is 32” wide by 48” tall.
